By uploading or submitting any image, design, text, logo, graphic, artwork, or other content for a personalized product, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content, OR
• You have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, or authorization to use the content.

You may not upload, submit, or use any content that infringes or violates the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of any third party.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Copyrighted artwork or photography without permission
• Brand logos or trademarks without authorization
• Movie, TV, gaming, anime, or cartoon characters
• Celebrity or public figure images used without rights
• Designer patterns or protected brand imagery
• Any unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or harmful content

All uploaded content is the sole responsibility of the customer submitting it.

Mare di Luna does not claim ownership of customer-uploaded content and acts solely as a customization and printing service provider.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, cancel, remove, or refuse any order containing content that may violate intellectual property laws, trademark laws, or other legal rights.

By submitting content, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mare di Luna, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from content you upload or submit.

We take intellectual property rights seriously and reserve the right to remove content or cancel orders without prior notice where necessary.
